Matthew Porter
CEO
Matt has been running people, technology and data-driven outsourcing organisations for nearly three decades, building up an extensive network of contacts and a wealth of relevant experience.
Matt has set up, developed and sold two companies to UK plc. He has worked for a number of private equity-backed businesses in regulated industries.
David Hornby
CFO
David is our company’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial development and control across the group.
David has operated in numerous industries and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Arbitrate, supporting its strategic and commercial development.
Kevin Clark
CTO
Kevin specialises in building bespoke platforms that simplify our clients’ working lives, supporting their aims and goals.
Using BPMN ideology, he delivers lean, simple workflows, processes and world-leading platforms to create solutions that benefit organisations and people holistically. With his extensive background in outsourced operations and regulated contact centres, he delivers specialist omnichannel platforms enabling businesses to succeed.
Matt Millington
Commercial Director
Matt has managed motor claims, credit hire and outsourcing operations for over 20 years in the UK and India. His experience includes Six Sigma and supply chain management.
Matt helped develop a company that was sold into a UK plc and has worked for various businesses in the motor insurance and credit hire industries.
Simon Daly
Operations Director
Simon has performed within operational leadership roles for over 20 years, identifying areas of improvement, optimising working processes, improving quality standards and enhancing the customer experience.
During an eight-year military career, Simon honed his leadership skills and ability to identify and control potential operational risks when he served in Bosnia, Kosovo, Northern Ireland and Iraq.
