Using BPMN ideology, he delivers lean, simple workflows, processes and world-leading platforms to create solutions that benefit organisations and people holistically. With his extensive background in outsourced operations and regulated contact centres, he delivers specialist omnichannel platforms enabling businesses to succeed.
Matt has managed motor claims, credit hire and outsourcing operations for over 20 years in the UK and India. His experience includes Six Sigma and supply chain management.
Matt helped develop a company that was sold into a UK plc and has worked for various businesses in the motor insurance and credit hire industries.
Product & Sales Director
Chris has been involved in credit hire and motor claims for the last 15 years. He is a leading market presence to insurers on performance analysis, trends and strategy.
Working collaboratively with our clients and others, Chris heads up our product and sales teams to deliver meaningful and tangible benefits in indemnity and operational expenditure.
Simon has performed within operational leadership roles for over 20 years, identifying areas of improvement, optimising working processes, improving quality standards and enhancing the customer experience.
During an eight-year military career, Simon honed his leadership skills and ability to identify and control potential operational risks when he served in Bosnia, Kosovo, Northern Ireland and Iraq.
